What I love most about Pam, is that she never tries to bamboozle you just to make a sale like so many other sales representatives do. Kia diagnosed my 2019 Sporage and I had combination of repairs under warranty and not covered by warranty . They waived the $210 diagnostic fee to lower the price and communicated with me throughout the 2 days they had my car
