I had an excellent experience with Kia Yonkers and cannot recommend this location enough. The level of service and professionalism here stands out far above other dealerships in the New York area. It is absolutely worth driving the extra minutes to come here—this is, without a doubt, one of the best Kia service centers around. A special thank you to Howie, the service manager, and Adrean, who both demonstrated outstanding professionalism, honesty, and genuine care in handling my service needs. From start to finish, everything was communicated clearly and handled with precision and integrity. After visiting other Kia locations, I’ve experienced unnecessary “recommended fixes” added to service summaries that felt questionable. That has never been the case here. Kia Yonkers operates with transparency and trust, and that difference is immediately noticeable. Howie, in particular, is one of the most personable, efficient, and honest service managers I’ve ever worked with—not just at Kia, but across all dealerships I’ve dealt with, including BMW and Nissan. The leadership here sets a completely different standard. I’m very glad I found this location, and I would choose Kia Yonkers every time going forward.
