Amy was my sales rep. She made the entire car buying experience smooth,easy and stress-free. When we went to pick-up the car for my daughter she took time to explain all the features inside the car to my daughter and any questions my daughter had. Juan was professional, patient, and very helpful on the finance side. He answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and worked with me to make the numbers come together. I also really want to recognize Marvin because he went above and beyond. He was the one who really pushed to get the deal done and worked hard behind the scenes to make sure I was able to leave with the Defender I wanted. I could tell he genuinely wanted to make it happen for me, and I really appreciated the effort. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made the experience much smoother. I’m very happy with my Defender and grateful for everything Juan and Marvin did. Definitely a five-star experience, and I would recommend working with them at Yonkers Kia.
