I don't even know where to start with the experience I had with Pamela Gonzalez at Yonkers Kia. This was one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. Pamela was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right vehicle. She answered all of our questions, made the entire process smooth and stress free, and never made us feel pressured. I also want to thank the used car manager, Melvin Reyes, who was wonderful throughout the entire process. He was honest, helpful, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. A special thank you as well to Joe Nuss in the Finance Department. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the financing process easy to understand. What I love most about Pam, is that she never tries to bamboozle you just to make a sale like so many other sales representatives do.
