After going to a few dealerships and calling many others, I decided to ultimately make my purchase an hour and 40 minutes from my home at Yonkers Kia. They were the only dealership to give me pricing that didn’t include extras or added fees. The employees were very easy to speak with and returned all of my messages/calls in a timely matter, and made this process is easy as it could be.
The service is great they employees are awsome the only issue I have is with the new owners I had to take 2 hour bus ride to come pick my car up because you took away the transportation for the customers this is why I bought my car from Yonkers because they provided that great service and also my car was filthy when I got it back which I didn’t appreciate you need to do better if you wanna keep your customers
