The best part of the entire experience was working with Tierrea Saunders, my salesperson. She is pleasant and speaks plainly, she is patient as you think through your decisions, and you never feel like you're being rushed or not being told the truth. I had a oil change service due and was able to get an appointment for 2 days later. Even though they had a lot of work, I was able to get my car back within a reasonable time. Jessica my service coordinator answered the questions I had regarding my next big service and gave me a print out of what will be done and the estimated cost.

I had a wonderful experience at Yonkers Kia, went late to my maintenance appointment and still was taken in and did not feel judged. I got to do some class work in the waiting area and did not wait long for my car to be ready.

The staff is professional/courteous/very accommodating. The customer waiting area is clean, comfortable & highly "customer-friendly".

I had a horrendous experience with Ramon Mendez . This dealership is all over the place the front desk receptionist Ashley Negron seemed more concerned with smoking her weed pen as other sales people were joining in rather than assisting me and my parter with the issues I was having with the poor customer service and lack of attentiveness .. It is always a great experience when I bring my car for service appointment at Yonkers Kia. The team is always clear in their communications and the estimated timing. Great place and comfortable waiting room. The service done by the technicians is reliable. The only thing is with all of that space in the waiting room, they could add a bit more round desks and chairs for doing work while waiting. The couches are good, but more tables would be better so that some of us could work comfortably as we wait.
