My 9 month pregnant wife was unable to physically visit Kia so she called and worked with Javier to find a lease. She had a wonderful time and never even had to leave the home. She was able to lease a Kia Telluride with the help of Javier who worked above and beyond even helping even after his shift had technically ended. So within the last two days, I arrived my Nissan and Kia a day after. Kia got my car out of there within an hour. Perfect. Nissan on the other hand had engine malfunctions and a whole bunch of crap having to do with the car, I’ve been with Kia for about 5 years now and I’ve never had a problem with Kia. If there’s a recall they’ll fix it no problem. Customer service is excellent keep up the good work

Today I just brought my second car at Yonkers Kia and hands down I have to say that Kia helped me get into a Certified 23 Kia Sportage. I highly recommend Tierrea Saunders, she is very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. She will get you into a car ASAP. I also highly recommend Juan Valdi in the financial department to get you a great deal in getting you into your car.
I have been with them through a Stinger and my first Telluride. They have always been fair and responsive.

Yonkers Kia's service department is very good. I've had a few different car brands in my life and their customer service is bar none. Very friendly to speak to. Very knowledgeable on basic maintenance items that the everyday person would come to Kia Service for. They also are not like most car brands that try to get you to do a service that isn't necessarily required at the time of your appointment. The new location in my opinion is also very nice and easier to navigate than the old Central Ave spot.
I would give more stars if they bring back cleaning the car service for every service (fixing car, oil change) twice in the row there was not even a vacuum used at all.

I leased a new Niro plug in Hybrid from Yonkers kia. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. My Sales Representative Ronny Hernandez was so patient and really worked hard to get me where I needed to be with my payment.
